Open Google Play on your Android phone. Search for KuttyMovies or the exact app name you were given. Read the developer name and description before you decide that the listing is genuine.
If no verified listing appears then do not install the first APK you find on a search engine. An unavailable store listing can mean the app was removed or is no longer supported.
Visit the publisher website only when you can clearly confirm that it belongs to the actual developer. Look for contact details. Privacy information. Support pages. And a consistent brand identity.
Check the app permissions before installation. A movie review or discovery app should not request strange access that has nothing to do with its features. Deny permissions that do not make sense.
Install the official version and open it. Sign in only if the service requires an account. Use a unique password instead of reusing the same password from your email or banking account.
Keep Android and the app updated. Current software usually provides better compatibility and security. Remove the app if it starts showing unusual redirects or asks you to install additional unknown packages.
